Our apologies to all the publishers experiencing missing/incomplete payouts! There are a few of these reports, so I’d like to list a few common explanations here.
You MUST be an Uphold Verified Member (more info here) in order to be paid out. If you haven’t done so yet, you must complete all of Uphold’s Verified Member requirements BEFORE the first of the month in order to get paid out. I will post a reminder toward the end of February for everyone to verify by March 1st. Keep in mind you only need to verify once.
There is a week-long account freeze period between the 1st to 8th of every month. This freeze is necessary in order to properly process payouts. Any BAT earned during the freeze period will be rolled over to the following month’s payout. For example, if you got a bunch of referral downloads but a few didn’t reach “confirmed” status til the 5th, then you won’t get paid out for those specific referrals until the next month. The same goes for tips and contributions received during this time.

hi today is 10 of aug and i was say my account 8 of aug there written as payout is processing but now date is 10 and again it show next payment in sep 8 and my wallet balance remain same it not transffered to my uphold conneccted accounts it happnning since last 3 months help me i want to withdraw my BAT @Asad
My Account was suspended from April. That was the second month of my brave blogging. Just the time of my first hopefully payment. I create over 20 blogposts about you Brave with amassing content and my readers enjoyed. Over 53% of my Downloads become users of Brave Browser. After several emails with no look for realizing my account, last week I receive some “template” Response from Adrian Legardy. ---- your account will remain permanently closed.
But Why… ??? give me some real reason where is my mistake. I was surprised and ask him again to give me one simple answer on what base is this ANALISIS. Where BRAVE see a violation in my work……
And after a day the same guy replies to me again with exactly the same template email…
My Voice in here is like Voice in desert ….That is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I start taking down my blog posts, I can’t continue like that.
