If 5 people followed your referral link on July 5th, they will be confirmed referrals on 5th of August at the earliest. It could take a little bit of extra time until you see the reward in pending payouts though.
However there is a high chance, that those rewards will not make it into the August payout, as described here: Some common solutions for late/incomplete payouts (Point 2)
