Briefly describe your issue:
I signed up on 17 Nov. I last checked yesterday 31 Nov. The number of BATs I have worth more than 1 USD. Today 1 Dec, I notice that all my BATs were gone. My Wallet shows 0 BAT. I thought they were credited to my Gemini account but I don’t see any BAT token there.

I remember I have verified my wallet via the Brave Creator. However today I verify again when I can’t find any BAT token in my Gemini account.

No. I just signed up in Nov 21.

Auto-contribute is turned off. However I don’t have Uphold account
thanks for a reply, but I’m in the US, and it isn’t Dec. 1st yet, so maybe that doesn’t apply here?
Also, my entire BAT didn’t disappear, just a portion. I have started a topic with screenshots where I show my previous ending amount and the current amount. It keeps happening to the point that I take screenshots everytime I start browsing and when I end to compare. In my most recent, yesterday I ended with 1.806 BAT, and today when I opened my browser it had 1.553 BAT. the rest disappeared.
Update: I have received my BATs for Nov 21 on 8 Dec 21.
Below is a summary of how the whole process took place:
1st Dec - the Brave reward will be reset to 0
2nd Dec - user will see a message “Your +0.7795 BAT payout will begin processing in X days”
7th Dec - the above message will disappear
8th Dec - a “claim” button will appear for mobile reward (not verified).
8th Dec - the BATs are credited to my Gemini account (PC reward - verified with Gemini)
