Briefly describe your issue:
I’m having an issue with Brave Rewards. I’ve verified my Brave Wallet, with a verified Gemini account. However once I linked my Gemini to my Brave Wallet, all of my balance instantly disappeared. It has been at 0 BAT balance. Looking at my Ad Payment history, it clearly shows that I HAVE been payed in the past couple of months, and for whatever reason it is just stuck at a flat 0 BAT. I have tried unlinking my Gemini account, and my current balance is still at 0.

The EXACT same thing just happend to me ):
Thought I verify my wallet to make sure I don’t lose my bat in the future if something happend, and then I lose all my BAT because of it xD
I have the same issue that just happened to me except I was actually in the process of verifying my wallet with gemini. My gemini wallet is still pending verification but all of my bat from the beginning is gone (15 bat missing) and I did not get any rewards for October and I had approximately 6 bat pending for October I didn’t get. I tried to click the claim button before trying to verify wallet and nothing happens. Brave support. How do I get my rewards back?
My 15 bat that I previously had earned is now showing up in my verified Gemini wallet but I am still missing the approximately 6 Bat (5.9 something) it had showed for earned last month. This is at least good progress.
when did you verify your wallet?
Same thing happened with me.
I had 4 bat and when I verified and connected my gemini account I lost all of the 4 bat, and those bat didn’t receive in gemini account.
What to do?
This happened 2 days before.
I started the wallet verification process on Nov 7th. It took about 3 days to complete verification.
It still took almost a day for the bat to show up in my Gemini account after the Gemini account was verified.
I am still missing my 6 BAT rewards for the month of October. Can anyone assist me with this?
