My BAT for all of 2021 has disappeared from Brave

Briefly describe your issue:
Hello. I have been using Brave browser and brave rewards since Oct 2020. I have not yet created a wallet with either uphold of gemini (simply wanted to let the BAT build up first, since I was told you least 25 BAT before you can withdraw).

Today I received my BAT for Sept 2021. I was curious to see how much I had collected in total, so I decided to check my past statements (since I couldn’t see the full amount anywhere. I assume BAT for each month just adds to the previous month’s amount). However, my statements for ALL of 2021 just shows ‘no activity’ for each month, and 0 BAT. But I’m absolutely certain that I have claimed me rewards for every month.

When I go back to Oct, Nov or Dec 2020, I can see my BAT for those months. I can also see the BAT for March 2021 and of course, this month. But what about the rest. What about all the BAT i collected in all the other months? Not sure if this is a bug, or I’m missing something obvious.

What date did you verify your wallet?
I was just letting my BAT build up within Brave itself. Had not set up a wallet at all. I’m new to crypto and not sure if I’ve missed something obvious.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
If by payment you mean rewards, then yes. But with no wallet, I’ve never moved BAT from Brave into Gemini/Uphold.

Yes. India

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Using Windows. N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I turned it off today because I read on some forum that it can cause BAT to disappear. It was on throughout the year though. But I haven’t actually added anyone to contribute TO.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
