I'm still with problems in wallet restoration

I explained the problem here but it is being ignored.

Restore Wallet in Stable from Nighly does not work properly

I currently use Nightly but when I try to restore my wallet in stable the amount of BATs are incorrect. In Nightly I currently have 194 BATs when I restore it in Stable it goes to 30. My guess is that the sync didn’t work properly. Any idea how to solve this? [screenshot]

Basically I’m not able to restore my account, when I do the BATs go away.

I wonder why so many topics are ignored and poorly handled. The [email protected] is also inactive.
