Restore Wallet in Stable from Nighly does not work properly

I currently use Nightly but when I try to restore my wallet in stable the amount of BATs are incorrect.

In Nightly I currently have 194 BATs when I restore it in Stable it goes to 30.
My guess is that the sync didn’t work properly.

Any idea how to solve this?

TLDR: It’s a bug, it looks like lots of people had it and lots of people are waiting for a resolution.

I’m still waiting it’s being a month already.
As usual sync and rewords does not work as intended.

Is that the planned strategy? Make people see ADS for free advertising the opposite?

all bat balance disappeared after restoration!!

Looks like they added an amount in the wrong wallet.
I sent another email.

Next week it will be 3 months already.

At this point it is quite clear that brave and support are NOT prepared to handle money and wallets.

I mean Brave does not handle sync properly and the support team does not read the messages with attention.

Looks like they ignore the emails now.

  • Copy/paste your Rewards Internals info (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

@Mattches That’s the main problem you don’t read the message properly and copy and paste stuff without trying to fix the real problem.

Do you want information from which wallet? The old or the new?

The last time I sent both and the result was a disaster.

Both old and new, if you have it. As well as the other information requested.

You can send them to me as well – we all have quite a bit on our plates right now. We have an open issue internally to investigate why this is happening (as you aren’t the only users who have encountered it) and I’ll make sure you info gets there.
