Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

Hello all,

I lost around 175 BAT/35USD since having to reinstall Windows today, I backed up my wallet key prior to reinstalling.

I setup Brave as usual and imported my Restore Key and got 0 coins. I can only see my payout due for this last month that will be released in the next couple of days to claim.

Why has this happened?

Expected result: All my coins restored?

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.9.76 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hey @steeven thanks for getting back to me.

Yes I have a Verified wallet with Uphold.

I see you responded to my original post on Reddit and asked me to DM you, which I’ve since done there with more info and screenshots.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I have exactly the same issue.
And no, my wallet isn’t verified yet at Uphold, But I assume that isn’t needed as long as you have the backup seed.

I have the exact same issue. Used the specified code to retrieve my account and I lost almost 700 BAT. Account says 0 now

same issue here… i reinstalled Brave yesterday because was having issues… but after i reinstalled all my June BAT are gone… how do I restore it please? I am connected to Uphold as well.

I too lost my BAT rewards after restoring the seed in another laptop. Can you please help me in this?

Hello, I am having the same issue when using a new computer. My rewards have not transferred and due to my state of residence (NY) I cannot verify an uphold balance. Can you please help me out with syncing my accounts?

I have the same problem for a month and I still do not receive any response. I had to format and try to restore the wallet and the balance is 0. There is no solution to the hundreds of problems that arise in the community. The moderators ask for things and in the end everything remains the same. Too bad everything was fine.
