I am not receiving BAT with ad previews

…scroll mid-way down the page til you see a troubleshoot chart. Make sure you are not doing any of the activities on the chart. It is for ‘not seeing ads’, but several of those activities would cause you to stop receiving BAT.

Hi, @Rodrigocso, I think we must be patient a little longer. Support has found an issue with this and are working on it.
