I do not receive any bats for seeing ads

I have installed bat on my pc but I am not receiving any BAT for viewing ads. It’s been about 2 weeks since I started using Brave and also I reinstalled it. Still not receiving any rewards for ads. Also submitted my payment id to a moderator but it’s been a week and no one reached out.
