Description of the issue:
Framerate on video playback will drop while the mouse cursor is moving across the screen.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Launch Brave
- Visit any video sharing website e.g. YouTube or Vimeo
- Play a video in full screen mode
- While video is playing: move the mouse cursor side to side across the screen very quickly, move the cursor in a circular motion at a constant pace, or move cursor between monitors (dual monitor setup).
Expected result:
Framerate on video playback will drop considerably to the point where it will look like it has frozen or begun stuttering. Audio playback appears to be unaffected by this issue.
