Description of the issue:
I had to clear cache in Brave and after that YouTube playback is behaving like this:
With hardware acceleration ON (laptop with dedicated graphics and integrated graphics) windowed playback is fine, full screen mouse bugged out, sticking when moving/lagging, then there is two pointers one stuck the other invisible, short black flickering when going to full screen then video plays ok.
I’ve turned off Background application max frame and Max frame in NVIDIA control panel, same issues.
With hw acceleration OFF windowed playback is lagging like bad fps, full screen works just fine with no mouse issues.
Never had these issues before clearing cache and I think I ran Brave without hw acceleration.
I’m running Brave with shields up and uBlock Origin.
I’d like to run youtube without hw acceleration if possible, or, with it but with no mouse issues.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Have a laptop with GTX1050 and HD 630 integrated graphics on i7 7700HQ
- Open Youtube in Brave
- test with or without hw acceleration
Expected result:
**Brave Version( check About Brave
): v1.60.110 (latest version)
