VERFIED uphold wallet since April 2021 did not receive Jan (aka December) reward

Briefly describe your issue: - Reward not received this month, received all other times

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? Windows 10 and Brave 1.34.80

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) YES

What date did you verify your wallet? April 2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? YES every month till now and its not just one browser but multiple brave (android/Windows at Home / Windows at Work)

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) NO

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Australia

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? YES

Mobile, laptop and desktop linked to my uphold verified account
Notified that about 6 BAToverall will be credited on the 6-7th of january on my uphold wallet
Now it says that uphold payments are all cleared. But it received nothing
I also received all the previous payment but these

they have updated the banner at the top stating the payments processing and investigating issue. Hopefully in time we will get payments

Same issue for me. No rewards sent to uphold nor any pending rewards being shown although it showed around 1.465 BAT at the end of last month.

Same problem here… haven’t gotten my December earnings in my Gemini account… I’m also no longer receiving popup ads. I get full page ads when I open a new tab, they show in my 30 day ad history, but they do not raise the ads received count and do not reward any BAT. BAT and Reward progress has been totally stagnant on my PC and Cell Phone for several days now.

If your wallet is verified with Uphold, then the issue you’re having is likely due to Uphold’s new CDD requirements.

NOPE VERY unlikely as I did receive rewards MANY DAYS AFTER you guys said it was completed.

After completing the CDD, payment is not deposited automatically. We have to manually retry all of these payments on our end. There is quite a large amount of these retries so it may take some time.

Thank you!! I now understand what you mean. I’ve been Uphold “verified” for over a year, but the new requirements need to be done, too…the CDD. I went back to Uphold and did that, so hopefully the January payment comes with one of your “manual retries”. :+1:
