Please note that this is only relevant for users who have Brave Rewards wallets verified with Uphold and live in the EU region. If your wallet is unverified, verified with another custodial provider, or with Uphold in a non-EU region, please open a thread and include all the information requested in the editor for support to review.


If your wallet is verified with Uphold and you have not yet received your January payout please read this post.

One potential cause for your payment not being deposited into your Uphold account is due to not completing Uphold’s CDD (Customer Due Diligence) questions. These questions are required in order to receive funds in your Uphold account.

You should be prompted to answer these questions when you log into your Uphold account. If you have not yet done so, please login to your Uphold account and answer these CDD questions.
