One potential cause for your payment not being deposited into your Uphold account is due to not completing Uphold’s CDD (Customer Due Diligence) questions. These questions are required in order to receive funds in your Uphold account.
You should be prompted to answer these questions when you log into your Uphold account. If you have not yet done so, please login to your Uphold account using wallet.uphold.com and answer these CDD questions.
