Description of the issue:
While browsing Amazon I keep getting tabs that open up on their own with some advertisement redirect page.
The url that comes up is
https://r.v2i8b.com/api/v1/bid/redirect?campaign_id=01H05R5B2V0AAF8E07JD8JB10G&url=https://amazon.com&source=1&cid=(random string of letters at this point)
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Reloading Amazon repeatedly will eventually make one of these things rear its ugly head.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Just a new tab that opens with the aforementioned URL that brings up a white page. Which I’m assuming is because the redirect script fails to execute because the shield stops it.
Reproduces how often:
Periodic, maybe one in a dozen, it seems variable in frequency. Sometimes it goes dormant for a time

Additional Information:
I’ve run all sorts of virus, and malware scans. They always come back clean, but those popups keep happening.
