Tab open on last position

Description of the issue: Is there any option to configure the placement of new tabs by opening links? Currently, when I click on a link with Ctrl+click to open in a new tab, the new tab gets placed right next to the tab where i tried to open the link. I would prefer if it could be placed at the end of all already opened tabs. Can this be achieved through some kind of configuration or maybe a plugin provides this functionality?
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Ctrl+click on a link from a tab to open it in a new tab
  2. The new tab gets placed right next to the tab where you clicked the link

Expected result:
I would like the new tab to be placed at the end after already opened tabs.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.49.42 Chromium: 109.0.5414.87 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)

which require to install some extension

by the way this for chrome but it’s valid also for brave
