Description of the issue:
When clicking a link in a pinned tab like outlook.com for example a new tabs opens. This new tab opens after the last pinned tab but before all other open tabs.
How can this be changed so new tabs from pinned tabs open at the very end of all tabs?

Pin a tab
Open other, normal tabs
Click on a link in a pinned tab
New tab opens between pinned and other tabs instead of at the very end of all tabs
Expected result:
New tabs should open at the very end of all tabs
