Site loads for one user but not the other

I’m trying to load https://app.qbo.intuit.com/ - I can get past the login steps, but then it stays on the loading screen. I have two user profiles in Brave - it works fine on one profile, but gets stuck on the other. I’ve tried deleting cookies/site data, removed all my extensions, restarted my computer…no change.

  1. Open Brave in two windows - one for user #1, the other for user #2
  2. Go to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/
  3. Enter login info
  4. QBO loads for one Brave user profile, but is stuck loading for the other user

I expect the site to load no matter which profile I’m on…

Version 1.62.165 Chromium: 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (64-bit)

EDIT - I restarted my computer and now the site won’t load at all on Brave, but it loaded fine in Firefox.

Have you tried to login to the mentioned website by disabling Brave Shields?

Sometimes, Brave Shields can break a few elements of certain websites.

Yes, I’ve disabled shields as well.
