Webpages after account login loads but not workable in one profile but works fine in other profile

I have two Brave profiles, one for work and one for personal. When trying to login and use two different websites (HRsymphony.com and craiglist.org) in the work account, the pages load but the page is dim and I cannot click on any link or dropdown menus. When trying the same page in the personal profile, the pages work fine.
