Rewards disappeared never transferred to uphold

Briefly describe your issue:
Brave said I would be receiving 11.145 BAT to my uphold account for march. It said it was in the process of transferring, but now that message has disappeared and nothing was ever deposited into my uphold account.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?
months ago, and it just asked me to re-verify a week or so ago. it says it is verified.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Yes, US

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A its a PC

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Thanks for responding Steeven, I suspect this isn’t something that will be resolved by waiting, but I will wait and see, as it seems there are no other options.

Any update Steeven? Brave now claims all march payments to uphold have been made. I have received none of 11 BAT rewards for march. They are gone from the brave browser as well, no longer displaying the message that brave is in the process of sending 11 Bat to uphold.

There are still some folks that are having issues (including myself). They are aware of the issue and are working on it. Probably not the response anyone wants, but that’s all there is for now, sadly.

Likewise. Same issue as others. Ive sent dms and made a post with no responses. Ive resigned myself to defeat.

Don’t do that, amigo! We’ll get it. Just need to wait longer and be more patient than the rest.

@steeven just messaged you @Metal_Zealot to dm him your wallet info on the thread you created, in order to solve your issue. No need to spread your vitriol on other peoples posts who are actually looking for help.

Such a shame, I had high hopes for the Brave Browser and the BAT system, I really thought they were going to change the internet advertisement ecosystem. I have invested $1000’s in this project in the past, but will likely no longer be investing until they can figure out this customer service problem. They need a legit dedicated customer service department, not just a user forum with a few employees who repost stock messages whenever you have a problem.
