Briefly describe your issue:
Got my wallet verified with uphold late in november, had an accumlated balance that i manage to transfer to uphold immediately and had about 12.5 bats left to be deposit for this month of november that would come as soon as the december payouts would start to roll out, well after a few days of waiting for the payout of this month december to rollout, i received a prompt message inside brave browser that my 10.750 bat for this month had arrived, a smaller ammount from the original 12.5 that i supposed to have, but okay, so i clicked to transfer to uphold, got prompted with the captcha system of the triangle and geometric figures, moved the triangle to the right figure, and received an error message that i couldnt even read, just flashed blank and disappeared, my bat ammount balance immediately went to zero bats, and nothing got tramsfered to my uphold account on that date, and thats it, this has happened 4-5 days ago, and didnt receive any transfers to my uphold account for this month payout… so what has happened? will i receive my 10.5 bat for this month of november?
I also opened a ticket on a different matter, also related to discrepancies on the ammout i had accumulated and the ammount i end up receiving when i first veried my uphold account late in november, i opened up a ticket, number 168536, regarding that issue, but it has been 8 days and didnt had a reply on that either, to this day, therefore im asking for help over here.
Please, can anyone here give me a hand so I can get the rest of my tokens? Thank you.

Late november i think. about 8 days ago i veried my account with uphold since my country had its status as region supported reinstated.
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes i had, then there was the issue with the not supported region for a while, under that time i was only accumulating bats inside brave browser account, and recently in late november i verified my account with uphold again and i was able to transfer at least part of the Bat i had accumulated (issue related to my opened ticket 168536, balance discrepancies).
