BAT rewards disappeared after UPHold Verification

Briefly describe your issue:

In first, sry for bad english, im french,

So : On 01/08/2022 I linked my brave local wallet to Uphold, at that time I had 17 BAT hard-earned in 6 months
Since that day, I have 0 BAT in my local Brave wallet, 0 BAT on UpHold
In my “brave://rewards-internals/” i can see :

08/01/2022, 16:21:49 promotion_claimed 17.000000
08/01/2022, 16:21:48 wallet_status_change PENDING ==> VERIFIED

But nothing come to my uphold account :frowning:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Whenever I open a new tab on brave It lags and shows white screen for sometime.

Can anyone please help?

I would open a new tab, click customize on the bottom, un-check background image, sponsored image, or both. See if that improves anything.

Try that out, maybe clear out some cache images and data. Is this recent, or happening all the time?

I have the same issue. After using Brave for months I finally had enough BAT to connect to an Uphold wallet. After verifying my Uphold wallet, I connected my Brave rewards to it on 3 devices (2 laptops, 1 android) and on all 3, my BAT vanished. Uphold balance is €0.00.

I completed CDD on Uphold after facing this issue, but my BAT is still missing.

It happened to me yesterday too. I waited and wanted to see if it got fixed today but it didn’t… i had around 75 BAT. hopefully you can help me too

I same issue here, verified my brave browser with uphold BAT rewards disappear … where are my BAT gone?
And what will happen to future payments?

Same issue. Finally got round to put in upload and verify. Thought this is easy, why didn’t I do it ages ago. Then all BAT disappeared on me.

Edit: Also December rewards were never applied.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings → Brave Rewards.

@steeven has jumped in on another similar thread. When I went to get the info from
chrome://rewards-internals all info has been erased and wallet is no longer connected. I have a screenshot from before it was erased but unfortunately it doesn’t have the wallet ID, just some of the log.

Edit:
I closed the app and reopened. The info was back but tokens still gone.

My BAT has made it’s way to my uphold wallet today. Cheers if you gave it a nudge.

I received my January payment, 2.60BAT, cool but my 17 BAT are still absent, I specify that to receive the payment of 2.60, I did absolutely nothing, so these 17 BAT are blocked on your side , and not because of CDD uphold
