Brave News occasionaly displays Promoted content. But they are never rewarded.

This error is persistent as far as I remember, for few months atleast.

NTP Sponsored Images (IN) - Version: 1.0.536 (from brave://components/)
I receive NTP Ads and Ad notifications both and get rewarded for them. Problem is only with Promoted contents in Brave News. Could it be that Promoted contents reward only in some regions? @steeven @Mattches
PS: This time I did not get a template to fill while creating this topic (Editor was blank). This could be the reason that some users can’t/don’t know to provide relevant information.
