Problem moving a tab out of the last opend vertical group nearest to the bottom

Description of the issue:
It’s not possible to pull a tab to the bottom out of the last open vertical group

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. open the group nearest to the bottom
2. make sure no other tab is underneath the last group
3. try to move a tab to the bottom out of the group
4. the group will expand to infinity and will not release the tab

Expected result:
the tab should pop out of the group to be placed underneath, just like in Edge.

Additional Information:
The vertical tabs in Brave Browser have many problems, development should check this by using it in daily use.
In Edge works.
There are closed threads without any comments.

Try moving the vertical-tab-of-interest (that is in the last-vertical-tab-group) to a position that is above that last-vertical-tab-group.

Then move the vertical-tab-of-interest to the bottom.
