If you activate vertical tabs in Brave and then drag and drop a Brave tab out so that 2 Brave windows are open, but then drag and drop the 1 tap into another Brave window, a white window is created in the background of the Brave process, which cannot be moved/closed/used.
@CipherSniff ,
I believe this is a known issue, captured here:

### Description
After adding a tab to a new group via context menu option `Ad… d tab to new group`, tried dragging second tab to the same group. The tab didn't move into the group so added the second tab manually to the group via context menu. Was able to drag third tab successfully to the group.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Install 1.71.98
2. launch Brave
3. open few tabs
4. add first tab to a group via tab context menu option `Add tab to new group`
5. name the group
6. drag second to tab group
### Actual result
Couldn't drag second tab into the tab group

Hmm, not sure if the one @Mattches linked is what you’re experiencing. I think I’m seeing you describe more like the one below but might be seeing it wrong. Either way, there’s been recent movement on both and should be getting handled.
@CipherSniff if it is the one I linked below that you’re experiencing, then temporary workaround for now is to disable Close window when closing last tab which is at brave://settings/system

### Description

Several users on Windows are seeing strange "white boxes" appear when they tear a tab off from the browser window, then merge it back into that window. It looks like it creates a sort of weird "ghost" window behind the main browser window they're attempting to attach the tab to. A couple users have submitted recordings of the behavior:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEqN40QRiEA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dbYKaRoCCE
This appears to only be happening for Windows users as nobody on macOS has reported this issue yet. I cannot reproduce on my end, but both Windows 10 and 11 users have reported the same issue.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open a new browser tab.
2. Add a second tab on the same browser window.
3. Drag either of the tabs off the first window.
4. Reattach it to the original browser window.
### Actual result
Strange ghost artifact window appears
### Expected result
No artifacts should appear
### Reproduces how often
