Description of the issue
I’m unable to collapse tab groups in vertical tabs when I’m at the end/middle of the group(it has many tabs). This has the added disadvantage of being unable to view the other tabs in the group. The scrollbar in vertical tabs also isn’t working and this makes it that much harder to find the tabs I want.
I would like to be able to scroll up/down the groups and also easily collapse any or all groups. The options to collapse current group or all groups should be available on right clicking the colored bar anywhere in the group.

Instead of the bar moving, the tabs are moved instead. You can see that a tab is selected instead of the bar.
