My5 will not load on Brave

My5 will not load on Brave browser.Each time I try to watch My5 on my laptop I see
“APP-1001
We are sorry but My5 is currently unavailable.
We should be back shortly. Thanks for your patience.”

Any help with this please

Just wondering if the site was working before or you are just recently trying to access? Also, have you tried with shields off? Posted a link below to an older topic where turning off shields allowed access. Brave support staff had to get involved to permanently fix the issue, which may be the case here too.

Please provide your Brave version and OS to help troubleshoot your problem. Also, any other details or troubleshooting steps you have tried that may help provide more information, including a link to the site, do you have extensions installed, did you try disabling them, etc.

I am using Brave version 1.41.100 Chromium 103.0.5060.134 (official Build)(64-bit) on Windows 10 home I have tried all trouble shooting & even messages My5 who advised
“The Brave browser isn’t currently officially supported for My5. Do you have an alternative browser you can use, even if just to check if the site works on there?
If you could though try opening a private browsing window on Brave and see if the site works in there? If it does it suggests there may be an extension running that is causing this issue.

Unless they started experiencing issues again, should be resolved.
