My brave rewards payment has not arrived

I have already provided all the data to support.
Brave version 1. 38. 113, Android, Moto G5.
Now if that doesn’t show up there, I suppose there are problems even with support.
I don’t expect them to solve my problem, because I see that nothing will be solved and that I lost my rewards, that I wasted my life gathering to be stolen. Nor do I expect to be rewarded in June.
I predict the same will happen.

Now my uphold wallet is disconnected. I uninstalled the uphold app and installed it again, thinking it could solve the pending BAT receipts and I can no longer connect the wallet. I’ve seen that many users haven’t received their rewards for months and this has never happened to me. Big flaw in the Brave system. I didn’t receive my April rewards and I think the same will happen in May.

I sent three messages to support and what they replied was for me to uninstall the uphold app and install it again and then connect the wallet.
I did this even though my wallet was already linked.
What happened that now no longer binds. In the end, it only got in the way and didn’t help.

You would help your issue(s) by correctly providing information re your computing device and its OS, plus version of Brave Browser - as required by Brave Support, when you are creating a report.

I had to guess, that you might be using Android - yet I am not certain . . .

Uh, probably not. The steps are to:

  • uninstall the Uphold app
  • make the connection
  • install the Uphold app

I had problems for the longest time and every time I verified the uphold account and went back to Brave it said unverified again! I contacted uphold who told me to talk to Brave cust Serv. I finally found that the Gemini wallet had all my BAT tokens and was already linked to my Brave account some how and I do not recall doing it myself! Hopefully this may help some people!
