Here we go again, another payment not completed

I am using 3 uphold wallets and 2 of them got paid but again one of them is missing (5 BATS) and it says uphold payments are completed. It’s getting very boring and painful. Please solve our issues. There are lots of people like me I guess.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes usually but this problem happened me twice or third.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Yes.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Auto contribute is off since the beginning

I’m having the same problem. I haven’t received my March payout yet :frowning: I still haven’t received an answer.

@Mattches My march 2022 payout is still pending and the payout status of verified uphold wallet is showing payment completed. Please help me. My Wallet payment ID:

I got my missing March payments today thanks. I hope it will not be the same case for April payouts.
