I made an Uphold account and verified my ID (after some troubleshooting/account mishaps…). I don’t even get a ‘Brave’ option on Uphold which allows me to transfer my BAT. I’ve already linked my bank account.
When I clicked ‘redeem’ on the Brave rewards page, it simply took me to a website and told me to download Brave… which I was already using. I am using the most up-to-date version.
After all of this happened, my Brave rewards page suddenly says ’ Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this as soon as possible.’
I really like the idea of Brave, but this is getting ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard to redeem a reward. If I don’t get this figured out soon, I’m done with this browser. Any help would be fantastic.
I guess I’ll bump this thread once before giving up on Brave completely lol.
Can you try reconnect your Uphold account?

Did it still show “Verify wallet” instead of “Wallet verified”?
Yes, it said ‘Verify Wallet’ like the screenshot. I click ‘Verify Wallet’ and it takes me to the dashboard every time, as per the second screenshot.
Bump. Still no luck so far.
I talked to Uphold support and they suggested that I need to be verified on your (Brave’s) end?

Thank you. Where do you think I should go from here? I’m guessing if I start a new account, there would be no way to redeem my old BAT? Is it even possible to start the process over in a way that would work?
