I am fully verified on UPHOLD but through brave browser it will not let me verify the wallet. No one at brave is responding to me can someone help

I am using my laptop. I am verified with uphold but I cannot verify my wallet. I contacted them and they said i must contact Brave as they can see I’m verified.

Did you process login uphold account through your browser?
if you are not
follow the instructions
go to menu - brave rewards
click - your wallet
it will be redirect into uphold login page
then sign in your uphold account
After logging in
Go back to the menu - brave rewards
You can see that the wallet has been verified
I did it previously and I logged out and logged back in in but it still wants me to verify the wallet but it hasn’t done so.

I had the same problem on the begining. Let me check exactly . As far as i remember if You are using windows operating system i had to i stal a small update from microsoft.
I will try to find what was the update number. Please tell me what system are You using, as win7 has issues with brave browser as mircosoft stoped releasing updates for it and in that case ill need to give you a link for manual download.

Forgive me ill reply with the details later . Working atm. If possible send a link with the error . If you are using the newest win 10 update there also might be a problem with the windows security not allowing to open the site correctly via ssl protocol. Send me a screenshot as said before and please hide any logins and personal data .
Yes of course. As you can see I am verified by uphold but I cannot verify the wallet. I have logged out then logged back into my uphold but still know change. I am using my laptop.
This isn’t an error coming up it just goes straight to my uphold account show the general information.
