Low audio on youtube after update

**Description of the issue: low audio output even at 100% in tab volume

  1. updated brave and audio became very poor
  2. ive turned off Continue running background apps when Brave is closed
    &Use hardware acceleration when available issue persists
  3. reloading the page after closing the application has done nothing even with changes

**Expected result: well i expected to fix the sound issue

**Brave Version: 1.38.115

**Additional Information: well i updated the browser as mentioned and tried changing some settings another person with my issue said fixed it for them but my issue still is happening im not sure what to do for this
to rep the problem just click on a vid and listen
