Lost BATs when I restore wallet

Almost 2 weeks ago I was trying to verify my uphold account and the solution I found was to completely uninstall Brave and reinstall. The good news is that it worked and my uphold is now fully functional but my issue is that when trying to restore my BAT wallet with the pass phrase I saved, it said that I had 0 BAT in the wallet while I had 81 before uninstalling.

I saw some similar problems on the board and support saying to send email to [email protected] wich I did and I haven’t had any answer in 10 days.

I’m on windows 10
My browser is up to date (Version 1.8.90 Chromium: 81.0.4044.129 )

Hi @steeven my problem is not related to the May monthly reward drop. It was 2 weeks ago, I reinstalled brave and lost 81 BAT because the wallet would not restore properly.

I would really appreciate an answer, even if it’s to tell me that I lost those tokens.
