Lost BAT on wallet restore and Uphold issues

Hi I updated my system to windows 10 while performing a fresh install and restored my Brave wallet using my phrase however it didn’t restore my full BAT balance. It has gone down by ~200-300 BAT.

I had created my linked uphold account prior to wiping my drive and tried for a few days to transfer BAT out of my Brave wallet but in uphold it only shows the Brave browser as having zero balance so was unable to withdraw and just opted to restore wallet instead.

  1. Why did I lose BAT on wallet restore and is it recoverable?
  2. Why can’t I withdraw through Uphold? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
