Missing BAT after reinstall

Hello,

Today after reinstalling my Brave desktop browser and after synchronizing to the uphold wallet I notice more than 300 BAT missing. I must clarify that before the reinstall I was already synchronized and verified to the uphold wallet, but these BAT were not being shown at the uphold balance and the reason for the reinstall was because it was suggested by someone from brave (here in the forums) as a possible solution to the problem, What can I do?.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
