BAT missing after Uphold wallet synchronization

Hello,

I have just synced my Brave wallet with Uphold, however in the process of doing so, my BAT(18.75) went missing and uphold did not receive anything in the uphold wallet, that I have created just a hour or so ago.

I have tried dis-synchronizing the wallet with uphold but it hasn’t helped

Image is from brave://rewards-internals/ showing the connection/disconnection and reconnection and that 18.75 BAT is gone(promotion_claimed)

I am using Brave V1.24.82 and Windows 10 version 2004 with Build 19041.928

This just happened to me as well. I had about $300USD of BAT in my browser. I have the internals of my rewards as well. How do I get my BAT back?

Same issue here. Wallet’s BAT has disappeared after verify uphold account

I just verified my wallet and all of my BATs are gone too! What the guacamole is going on here?!

it happened the same problem here.
I just synced wallet with bit flyer, and it worked decently until right after I grabbed 4BAT by doing shape matching process. it appeared on my wallet correctly for 5seconds and the balance goes to 0 right after that.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
