January BATs not accredited, no claim button (Unverified/1.48)

Briefly describe your issue:
No claim button for January rewards, BATs not accredited. I accumulated 9 BATs during January and these were supposed to be available for claim today, however, no claim button appeared and the BATs were not accredited. Also, my 2 BATs accumulated so far this month (February) seemed to be gone.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

If you are running 1.48 you will not get any claim button.
Rewards will only be distributed to verified users who have connected a custodial wallet (Uphold/Gemini).

Alright, but what about the BATs gathered through January?

can claim only to verified account so this mean directly send to Gemini or uphold account , so for unverified account Bat from january will disappear and no longer can be claim anymore.

Well cause my country still unsupported , i’ll wait until april if still not support it’s time back use edge and firefox again , and from now i disable brave Ads it’s start useless and after vBat go away and still unsupported time to uninstall brave.

At the earliest, vBAT will go away sometime in April 2023. However, we want to ensure users have time to adjust to this change, so we will share more exact dates soon. With 1.48.x, existing users without a custodial account connected will receive a final vBAT payout for any February earnings in March.

Users were still supposed to get their Jan and Feb payouts according to what Brave have posted on the link you provided…so where’s the Jan payout Brave?

same here, Jan payout is gone…This will be probable the end for Brave.

No everything is ZERO after browser update to version 1.48, why ? januari is ZERO, and februari is zero…WHY? Nothing is saying pending…no claim button…how can i import my vbat if it is disappeared??

Agree, looks like Brave will end up being a browser only being used in a few countries as nobody else will be interested in it. I’ve already moved on after this latest issue.

“sunsetting of vBAT” what does this mean? I have few BATs in my Uphold and few in my Brave browser (unverified.) I didn’t even receive my BAT rewards of last two months. Is something going on? I am lost.
