Briefly describe your issue:
I signed up and have used the Brave browser since November. For November and December I received ads and got rewards. The same for January, however after each month the BATS disappeared and there was no option to claim. I don’t yet have Uphold or Gemini.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Auto-contribute is turned off. I don’t use Uphold.
I wanted to point this out to you just in case it plays a part. I’m also not sure what you’re seeing as far as decreased or what have you. I’m gonna go ahead and tag @Mattches on this. But regardless, I think he’ll need you to DM him with

I WAS ALSO HAVING this problem for last 4 months till november
but i uninstall brave deleted all files and then i reinstalled brave and now i am getting claims from last 2 months
