BAT Disappears Every Month - no option to claim

Briefly describe your issue:
I signed up and have used the Brave browser since November. For November and December I received ads and got rewards. The same for January, however after each month the BATS disappeared and there was no option to claim. I don’t yet have Uphold or Gemini.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Version 1.34.80 Chromium: 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes. I think - I can access it.

What date did you verify your wallet?
Unsure

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
No

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region ?
Yes - UK

Does your device pass the [SafteyNet] check?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Auto-contribute is turned off. I don’t use Uphold.

Hi, If you still have a problem, you can DM a moderator. Include a link to your post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

If you no longer have a problem, just click the “Solution” option for your post to move it to the Solved category.`

@domain6 Changes to Brave Ads Regional Availability

I wanted to point this out to you just in case it plays a part. I’m also not sure what you’re seeing as far as decreased or what have you. I’m gonna go ahead and tag @Mattches on this. But regardless, I think he’ll need you to DM him with

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )

I WAS ALSO HAVING this problem for last 4 months till november
but i uninstall brave deleted all files and then i reinstalled brave and now i am getting claims from last 2 months
