I have a problem claiming BAT rewards from Brave.
Both of my computers have Brave installed and on both of them I got the message that my rewards are pending payout, which is nothing unusual. But after January 7th the message disappeared and there was no claim button, just one browser showing a message “Your +5.959 BAT December rewards are on the way. Keep an eye out!”.
It’s been like that for a couple of days now but there is still no claim button and the other computer doesn’t even have that message or any other, everything just disappeared.
Should I wait a couple more days, while all the payments are processed or is there some kind of a problem with my rewards? By the way, the computers are not connected to Uphold or Gemini, so I should see the claim button.
And as of today, the message “Your +5.959 BAT December rewards are on the way. Keep an eye out!” is gone, so there is nothing on any browser. I had 6 BAT on each browser, so can you help me claim them?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (
Menu --> About Brave )?
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
