I am not able to claim bat

I had this problem some days ago as well I try a couple of times at different hours and at some point my bat got transfered to my wallet.

I have a similar problem, I can´t claim my rewards from months of December an January.

How much BAT is showing up to your credit?

right now I have 2.470 BAT, from december 2.500 and january 1.250. If i go to monthly statement for details it shows this:

I am trying it from weeks but problem never resolves.

Personnaly, I wouldn’t pay attention to those statement. Mine are all to 0 since I started using Brave and BAT 6 month ago, while I received all the appropriate amount to my uphold wallet.

However, on your first picture, it seems that you are showing a smartphone screenshot, am I correct ?

Yup I am using android phone.
But bat is not showing to my uphold account.
Problem seems to difficult to get out…

I guess you connected your uphold account to your brave browser on your phone ?

On your Android phone, you can’t connect your uphold account with Brave if your balance is less than 25 BAT

But any BAT you earn should still show in the browser “wallet”, correct? Or does it not show until you hit that 25 BAT? I just started using Brave in March, and also have not seen anywhere to claim rewards and the wallet still says 0.00.

I have the same on my android phone, “claim” your ads and nothing show up in the wallet, still 0,00

Unfortunately it looks like that’s the root of your issue. In order to participate in the rewards program, your device must ‘Pass’ safetynet the test.
