Brave Rewards balance has not paid out for months despite it saying I have 25+ BAT

Hi there,

I am having an issue with the Android version of Brave Browser where I am not receiving any rewards that I earned on the monthly payment date.
For about two months now, I’ve had accumulated over 25 BAT in my mobile Brave Browser wallet from ads, however when the monthly payment date comes around I receive nothing.
I can’t even verify and link my Uphold wallet with the mobile Brave for some reason, when I do it just says that I need 25 BAT in order to do so (which I should have).

I have attached a few screenshots of my rewards page to this posting, if @steeven needs ID from chrome://rewards-internals, I can get that to you via DM.
Could someone please look into this so that I can receive the BAT I have accumulated?

Device: Samsung Galaxy A20 - Android 10

Your screenshots show 0.00 bat for your brave wallet. That needs to show at least 25.00 bat before you can verify your wallet to uphold. Usually at the end of the month, for non-verified wallets, you’ll get a big “Claim” button that you should click to start acculating in your brave wallet… when you verify your wallet to uphold then you shouldn’t need to worry about the claim button anymore… But why your wallet shows 0.00 bat, I have no clue… plus people on here have had a variety of “hiccups” regarding brave rewards. A fix for some issue is being released today… don’t know if that has anything to do with your issue though…
