Rewards on Android not paying out to Uphold

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Brave for a few months now between a few desktops and my android phone. I’ve connected my Uphold wallet to all four browsers, and receive my BAT payout into the wallet at the end of the month from all the desktops just fine. On android however, it doesn’t pay out to my verified wallet. I’ve got nearly 50 BAT in there, but at the end of every month, it never pays out to my uphold wallet.

I’ve read a lot of various other posts about the issue, but all seem quite out of date. I’ve tried just waiting, but it’s now been 5 months and still no payout. I also read about Brave disabling payouts back in August, but it’s since been re-enabled as far as I’m aware.

I’ve attached screenshots from both my android and desktop browsers. Can anyone help me with this issue? I’d really like to have access to that BAT.

Was your android wallet verified before de 25 bat minimum requirement?

No, I needed 25 BAT minimum when I verified my wallet.

in your phone go to brave://rewards-internals/, in the general info section there is the external wallet info, if the wallet is properly verified it should tell you that the wallet is verified

Wallet status indeed verified. The external wallet address is also the same as on all my desktop browsers.

If it helps, under “Balance info” on my phone it shows me the following:

Total balance 48.35 BAT
Rewards BAT: 45.5 BAT
Uphold Wallet: 2.85 BAT

So it’s connected to the right wallet and able to view the BAT balance in uphold. It’s just not sending through the rewards balance to uphold.

Looks like someone else had the same idea at the same time as me! Haha. I’ll wait a little longer then. Thanks for the help though!

@steeven I’m wondering if this fix you’ve mentioned has left nightly and made it to release yet? If not, what is the timeframe for it?

hi @SA1NT the fix was indeed implemented but unfortunately it didn’t work for everyone, the team is aware of this issue and are still working on it. follow fix for bat not porting to uphold
