I mostly use presearch as search engine and would like to know if it’s possible to get it added somehow … Presearch.org and presearch.io

Is it on desktop or Android or iOS?
For desktop, you can add Presearch as an option on your own. 
Im on Android … Using the Razer phone 1 …

If Presearch support open-search, then you can add it yourself (it’ll listed under “Recent visited” under Settings > Search Engine).
No plans to add another search engine, AFAIK. cc @Serg @sriram

Like @eljuno pointed you can use the recently visited sites list to add it as custom search engine. As of now there is no decision on allowing custom search engines, but we might add option to add custom search engine at a later point in time
