i really don´t know, but you can add it manually downloading the chrome extension, that´s how i have it on my brave browser.
You can download it from the chrome store:
But in the case of presearch like a native search engine, well that´s up to the developers

It does work on a desktop but not on Android. We would like to easily have the choice to select presearch as default search engine on Android.
