I just reviewed your ticket(s) myself. Our apologies for not being able to find a fix to your issue yet.

I can see that you have a verified Uphold account successfully connected to your Brave Creators account. You should be good to go on that front.

However, I did notice that the YouTube account you registered is suspended and blocked by YouTube. This might cause some issues in regards to getting you paid out.

I’d recommend connecting an ACTIVE YouTube (or other channel type) to your Creators account.

my ticket with you is also open. there is PM where you mentioned you would arrange a refund of BAT. could you please assist, as that is the only step needed to close my ticket

Hi @mdees1 - refunds absolutely will happen and I have your ticket safe with me! However, give us a little more time to issue them. As soon as we identify and fix the auto-contribute bug, we’ll start sending out BAT refunds. We don’t want to send out the refunds and risk having the same bug hit people again!

Hi @Asad is it possible to refund straight into my uphold account rather than BRAVE to ensure I am not impacted by the auto-contribute bug. that way at least the ticket is closed and I can continue enjoying brave rather than following up on this matter?
