I just want someone from admin to explain to me

I’ve been trying to get an answer for a while to my Brave rewards not syncing to Uphold.

It’s ongoing with no solution presented, it doesn’t seem to be an uphold issue, everything verified and has been for a couple of months. Uphold suggests it’s a Brave issue, but no one from Brave will respond in the community, I’ve also sent a couple of DM’s with no response.

I know they have a lot to answer, but would have expected something by now.

I send them the same issue 2 weeks ago but until now no answer from them and I send to @steeven a DM with my issue but I still waiting to replay to me.
I know they are busy but at least they can tell us something.
