Hello Brave team, I am brave user for the last 1 years but now for the last year October my brave rewards are not syncing with the uphold account . I already posted that issue several times here but get no help rather than waiting . So please update me whether this issue get fixed or not ? @steeven @Aa-ron ? anyone please reply.

Same here, I have sent couple of messages to @steeven. I hope they could sort this issue.
How many Brave accounts (total) have you linked to your Uphold account? If it’s more than four, only the first four will work, even if you’re not using them anymore.
only 1 account bro still getting the same error don’t know what happen actually I reset my laptop on October and again install the brave browser and connect my uphold account but after that I didn’t receive a single BAT in my uphold account tho I got regular BAT rewards . Currently I have about 92BAT but my uphold account have 57 BAT only. Any solution I tried to get help from this but no one helps

I already message them but they didn’t reply or if they reply they say wait for sometimes we forward this thread to the developer team they will find a solution in the next update . This is what they say to me in the early February but till now i didn’t get any update regarding that issue.

Each time you reset your laptop, that counts as a new device as far as Uphold is concerned.
There are very few Brave staff to handle the THOUSANDS of user requests for help, so you have to be patient.
sadly, the same for me. My BATs are not going to up-hold and I only have one device.
but still bro i reset only 1 time so in that scenario I have 2 wallets linked to my uphold account.
