Do you have the latest version (released yesterday) of Brave? OS? Wallet verified or unverfied? etc… filling out the template will help either a community member or a moderator troubleshoot your issue.
@leeiv Need the OS, whether wallet is verified/unverified, and if you’ve received payments in the past. You also need to answer any other questions that apply, especially need to know if you passed SafetyNet if using an Android device. Also, a screenshot of your Rewards panel would be great, especially if it is displaying any error messages.
And just a comment, you should really create your own topic instead of posting your issue in another user’s topic…
Forgive me for posting in another users topic but this Brave support is confusing. I’m sure others will agree. This need to be streamlined much better than this.
This is probably why so many users are having issues. The process is not clear. I shouldn’t have to copy a paragraph and then answer the questions. But I guess I’m not following directions. Thanks for the help. I’ll post elsewhere.
I found this community very confusing too when I first started using. You get used to it after a while and it becomes easier to maneuver. Still crazy and chaotic but easier if that makes any sense!
You usually have to do a lot of research on your own and hope your are finding the right information and are understanding it correctly. It’s very hard to find past solutions that work especially with all the changes that frequently happen and especially since it usually happens in the background, via DMs to moderators, and solutions don’t get updated in topics.
Also, there are no topics or a “notice board” that is updated with current solutions or workarounds. Common issues are not aggregated and solutions provided. There is a pinned topic in Rewards Support that is helpful for new users. That was recent addition contributed by another community member. Now, even that needs to be updated with recent changes.
Just not a very end user friendly environment overall, but it is what it is. I think it has a lot to do with the amount of changes they are making. Hopefully, at some point in time things will be less chaotic.

@fosautoparts Thank-you for the additional information. It is strange you didn’t receive a “flagged” message with the new update. I expected that. Also, not sure how you are receiving “0.25 BAT monthly since Dec 2021” if you are not receiving ads. Are you receiving NTP ads but not notifications?
Regardless, your payout should not be the same amount each month for about three months! You should DM the moderators. Include a link to your filled out template post (click the chainlink under the post and copy the url) and the following information.
Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )

Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.
How to DM a moderator:
Click on their icon on the About page then select the Message button in the top right corner or
You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
Okay, to cut a long story short…
I use Private Internet Access VPN and had to manually set the DNS for my network adaptor to Private Internet Access’s DNS addresses 10.0.0.242 & 10.0.0.244 to resolve an issue only my laptop was having with a certain web site (one of our parts supplier, not porn or anything!)
It turns out that 10.0.0.244 includes MACE which blocks ads.
I changed it to 10.0.0.242 & 10.0.0.243 and restarted the computer with the VPN connected and have received a few ads
Just in case anyone has a similar issue, check your DNS servers and make sure the DNS servers don’t block ads (open cmd and run “ipconfig /all”).
