I cannot link my purchase with my account


I cannot link my purchase with my account, nor can I contact the support.

I bought the subscription Firewall+VPN for 1 year from AppStore which works fine but I cannot link my purchase to my account, so I can use it on other devices as advertised.

Although I followed all the required steps, it doesn’t work and I get the message:

“Whoops! We couldn’t link your purchase because your receipt details couldn’t be found. Please ensure you’re linking from the same device on which you made the purchase and try again. If this doesn’t correct the issue, please contact Brave support.”

Unfortunately I cannot create a ticket request through the standard process because I subscribed it via my iPhone. As a result I don’t have the required Premium Account Invoice number and there is no way to contact them without it.

Does anyone know how I can solve it?
