I cannot link subscription to my account

I cannot link my purchase with my account, nor can I contact the support.

I bought the subscription Firewall+VPN for 1 year from AppStore and it works well on iPad but I cannot link my purchase to my account, so I cannot use it on other devices

Although I followed all the required steps, it doesn’t work and I get the message:

*“Whoops! We couldn’t link your purchase because your receipt details couldn’t be found. Please ensure you’re linking from the same device on which you made the purchase and try again. If this doesn’t correct the issue, please contact Brave support.”

How can I solve this problem?

If you login to account.brave.com on your mobile device first, it should link your iOS subscription. Once linked, you can go to account.brave.com on your other devices to activate.
